I sent the seller a msg advising him that he has a rare model, being a HCS. His response said the car was in disarray when he purchased it, and it was restored as a GT/CS. He was rather adamant about it being a GT/CS. So be it.

Here's wiring info for all Mustangs '65 thru '73. I've had this for years, and it can be a big help in troubleshooting wiring in our Mustangs. It lists the circuit number, wire color code, and applicable circuits. All are coordinated to the wiring diagrams. I suggest copy & print for reference...

Agree. Strip, body repair, paint= $8K minimum, plus any mechanical work- suspension, engine, add P/B, A/C, + miscellaneous items, to bring it to a fair market value of $35K. The initial purchase value would be $20K max IMHO. (Been there, done that.) Neil

IF it has a Marti Report, it would be an economical challenge at half of the listed price. Not to mention intensive labor. If I was 10 years younger I would offer $5K tops. Neil

I'm kinda thinking it's a bad contact in the Turn Signal Switch Emergency light contact for the rear bulbs. Try this: Push/Pull the Emergency light button on the side of the column several times. If those Emergency contacts have corrosion on them, it may clear up the problem. Otherwise, it...
