The ad has been deleted. (Sold?) Tim's Black GT/CS is what inspired me to do mine in Black/Gold. Neil

    1968 Convertible

Some folks have asked about my latest project, a '68 Convertible I've done for a friend in Miami. 289, A/T, P/S, P/B, A/C. Neil

For Sale Highland Green C-code Project in Idaho

The seller is dreaming at that price. Obviously no clue of what it costs to restore, not to mention the labor. Neil

    1968 1968 GT/CS: Need opinions

I'm spoiled, and prefer the 'creature comforts', P/S, P/B, and A/T. And these do add value to the car. Borgeson P/S easy enough to add, and adding a P/B booster (retaining drum brakes) is much less expensive than converting to disc brakes. And they work quite well for an occasional weekend...

    New Shop Space

Excellent. I wish I had the foresight when I built my shop. At my age (81) the ROI just isn't there. Enjoy. Neil

    1968 Taillights help

Steve; My GT/CS Marker lites come on with just the Headlite switch as well. My convertible is a Metuchen build as contrast to the San Jose build. Wiring should be the same for either plant. Go figure. Neil

For Sale GT/CS (Possible Prototype) with Michigan DSO

Rob; The '68 grill has too many tabs for mounting the corrals & running horse. A '67 grill can be modified to a CS type. Mike used to do this. Neil

    1968 Taillights help

I just made an interesting discovery. The side Marker Lights don't come on unless the Ignition Switch is in the Run (or Acc) position. I'm going to check my other '68 to see if its the same. Anyone else find this quirk? Neil

    1968 Taillights help

Power for the tail & parking lights comes from the Headlight switch. (Circuit #11 for the parking lights, circuit #14 for the tail lights & tag light) There are two connectors behind the dash, on the left side. One feeds the front lights. The other connector feeds the tail lights. Also- bear in...

For Sale Acapulco GT/CS Carthage, TN (Facebook)

Lots of good features on this car. The glitches are easy fixes. My only concern would be what it looks like under the vinyl top. Plus, I'd want to see the Marti Report. Neil

    1968 A/C Control Switch

Thought I'd share this info for A/C systems in the '68 Mustangs. The A/C Control Switch is not reproduced, and the A/C system will not work without it. The circuitry for turning on the A/C goes as thus: 12volts from the A/C Control Panel goes thru the Evaporator Thermostat Switch and then to...

    1968 Missing message

Someone sent me a message inquiring about a '68 lower console. Now, I can't find the message (or who it was from). It's not in my PM file. I wanted to inform the sender that they would also need a console shifter unit when adding an A/T console. Hopefully the sender will see this post, and can...
