Well, these aren't very good pictures but it does show that the stock exhaust manifolds fit. CougarCJ is right...you need to install the manifolds before you drop the engine in. Scott

A GT GT/CS does not have a GT gas cap. Seems like it should, but it doesn't. Scott

Mine has the "R" on the dash and the door tag both. Scott

Thanks guys. Jim Smart from Mustang Monthly did the story and pictures in mid-July. He looked at my HCS and GT/CS while he was at the house and may do those for an upcoming issue. He took lots of great pictures of the car but most of them didn't make it into the article. I'll try to post...

We talked about this car before when it was for sale. The Ford report is wrong. They weren't making 68 Mustangs in September 1968. Production stopped in July. Scott
