1968 Question for you 390 owners

Well, these aren't very good pictures but it does show that the stock exhaust manifolds fit. CougarCJ is right...you need to install the manifolds before you drop the engine in. Scott

    1968 Trunk Lid Bumpers

I'm in Virginia right now picking up a car, but when I get home tonight I can check my Shelbys and CS/HCS cars. But it sounds like it's pretty well established that the CS cars didn't have them. Scott

1968 Has anyone ever seen this car?

A GT GT/CS does not have a GT gas cap. Seems like it should, but it doesn't. Scott

    1968 Mustang Monthly

Thanks guys. Jim Smart from Mustang Monthly did the story and pictures in mid-July. He looked at my HCS and GT/CS while he was at the house and may do those for an upcoming issue. He took lots of great pictures of the car but most of them didn't make it into the article. I'll try to post...

    1968 "Original Miles"

Hard to say. It's been in the sun a lot. Shocks have been replaced. Screens are originals. How about some more pictures? Engine? Trunk? Scott

The remaining question is why was it removed. Did Paul change his mind about providing updates to the book through this site?
