This is one great looking car! Market is down a bit. Hope you can "seal the deal"! Sounds like the owner is a straight shooter and a lover of the GT/CS.

That is a gorgeous car!!

You should be able to pick-up a car like that in the teens. Assuming it is as nice as pictured and restored etc...I'd say high teens.

Thanks much or the Marti report and to all the others who have given advise. This is a great site. I am going to take another look at the car tomorrow.

By the way (for those who posted about the fog lights), I confirmed with the owner that the fog lights in the picture are not correct. The were on the car when he bought it. However, the current owner does have the correct lights. They just need to be swapped.

If you look closely at the pictures you posted (the one with hood opened), the grill wide molding shows 2 plugged holes at the base just below the current fog lamps(with some sort of metal or plastic button), these holes appear to me as being at the right location for the Lucas light posts, so looks even more legit.

With its built date, they were made with Marchal, but must have been replaced as per the fogs lamp California State recall, Ford dealer replacing them with Lucas.
