    Carnage

I have a Saleen Supercharger (smaller pulley) with Cold Air, Comp Cams, Ford Racing Throttle Body and a few other goodies. Have not had it on a dyno in a while but I know after I add headers in a couple weeks I'm pretty much at safe limit. If I recall the max torque on these stock internals is...

    Carnage

Man that stinks! I keep waiting for this to happen to my 07 GT. I'm pretty close to the limit with HP on the stock internals. If you want to pick up a new short block or parts I HIGHLY recommend these guys: www.brenspeed.com They sell some really good short block assemblies. They've done...

1968 Photoshoot w/ my '68 for Car Show Dash Plaque

Wow, those pics make me want to skip all the other work that needs to be done on my car and get it repainted to the original Presidential Blue color now. So what if the fuel pump, tranny, power steering and something else leaks!? As long as she looks good what does it matter!?

    Rear Drum Brakes

I don't know what it is about this car. Everything hard is easy and everything easy is hard. She's fighting me to come back to life! It may drain my bank account but darn it I'm going to win! Ha!

    Rear Drum Brakes

OK. Maybe I'll start with getting narrower pads. The drums that were on the car were definitely 2" drums. I'm guessing someone put the wrong size on at one point.

    Rear Drum Brakes

OK, this will probalby make the pro's on the site roll their eyes! Ha! So I rebuilt the rear drums on my car. I put on 2" Drums which I think are the same size as what I took off. I measured the old ones at 2". When I put the rear wheels on I can't turn the wheels anymore. Did I put on a...

    Newest Edition to the stable

Congrats! That's awesome. I've been corrupting my 18 month old daughters mind with all things Mustang since day one! My wife gave up resisting. Love for all things automotive seems to be genetic in my family.

    1968 GT/CS Celebrity status

Cool story. This reminds me of a conversation I had with a friend once. He's an Import guy. Nothing wrong with that. He's love's his M3. I said to him that he can put all the racing stuff he want's on his car and trick it out as much as possible but he still won't be noticed as much as he...

    F-150 EcoBoost?

Well if I could hit that with the mileage I would be really happy. Need something roomier for my daily driver. I drive about 500 miles a week in my job. Have a Ford Edge now that gets about 20 mpg with AWD. Love the vehicle but I'm starting to have some problems I think are driving...

    F-150 EcoBoost?

Anyone out there have a F-150 with the EcoBoost engine? Wondering what type of highway mileage they get in the real world. Can't seem to find a consistent answer. Thinking about picking one up.

For Sale 1968 gtcs grand torino california special mustang

Man, this car keeps popping up. Must be something really wrong with it. It was for sale back in October when I picked up mine. I was never aware of the cross over Gran Torino GTCS Mustang. Those sneaky Ford Marketing guys!:icon_lol::rolleyes:

1968 Export brace and sway bar.

Interesting reading. I've been in the process of installing a Global West negative roll kit on my car for the past month. Part of the install for this kit is the Shelby drop. I only work on it a couple hours at a time here and there, so it's taking a little longer than it should. Worst part...

    1968 Dangerous Wheels?

Thanks for the info. Have you purchased lug nuts from that guy on Ebay? Just want to make sure they are good quality. Got some really junky lug nuts on my 07 GT last year that kept coming apart!

    1968 Dangerous Wheels?

When I took the Cragar SS wheels off my car I noticed the holes in the wheels seem to be oval. Never seen this before. I was wondering if someone did a little drilling to make them fit the car. Seems dangerous. Thoughts? Attached is a pic.

Looks great! I'm just finishing up putting a global west coil over kit in my car. Need to post pictures. Those fronts springs are a real jem to remove! Anybody know where you can get replacement mesh for the side scoops?
