    White Green Hornet

Dale, Can't find it in Autotrader, or in their local paper classifieds. I'll ask him for you. I'm assuming you want the local ad to see what his ballpark price is? I really think this is a nice looking car...since I'm missing the correct hood on the white CS, I went so far as to price the...

Would you like to have your Gt/CS restored to Concourse Trailered condition?

On one hand, yes--I'd like the opportunity to drive a totally "new" 1968 Mustang! Most of my old Mustangs are crappy to actually drive, with sloppy front ends, lots of road noise, lousy heaters, and general funkiness about them. I have a "new" (got it last November) 1968 Ford 3/4 4x4 HighBoy...

Please help me "fix" the front-end of my new CS/GT (long)

Build date scheduled for March 13th (only have the quickie-Marti report at this time, not the deluxe with the actual build date).

Please help me "fix" the front-end of my new CS/GT (long)

I knew going in that the front 1/2 of the car is totally wrong. Please take a look at the pictures and tell me what I need. (1) The fog lights are obviously some Schuck's $9.99 special, but what are these brackets behind them? They're marked LH and RH, so I assume they are some Mustang fog...

Sounds interesting. PM me with what you have in mind.

    Another CS surfaces in Oregon

I'm on the west side, between Lebanon and Albany--in the armpit of the Willamette Valley. We drive thru Ontario several times each year on the way to visit the in-laws in McCall. I love the onions you guys grow around there, they are fantastic!

    Another CS surfaces in Oregon

LOL! Except the original "DeadStang" was my 1st CS/GT that is still dead to this day (but no longer on my watch at least). :-( Now I'm on the 2nd DeadStang--a '69 Grande 351W that's triple-tarped out back. Luckily, the neighbors are mellow. I also really like the '68 Shelby front end...

    Another CS surfaces in Oregon

I am undecided on the hood. It's obviously an aftermaket fiberglass Shelby style hood (1967?), but it's in good shape--just lacks the lite weight springs you use with these things and has a prop rod. I will keep my eye out for an original hood to collect for the car, but maybe I will just put...

    Another CS surfaces in Oregon

Traded a couple of my cars for a "California Special" yesterday w/o a Marti report or any documentation for the vehicle. It has an original trunk lid and probably original fender extensions, but there are screws holding in the grills on the side scoops that look wrong. Plus, the car is missing...

    Red GT/CS on eBay

It looks like the Thunderbird color, "Dusty Rose," or something like that--? I'd also like to see the Marti report!

    1969 Fastback Question

1969 sportsroofs are very popular right now; and having the big block makes it even more valuable. Interestingly, they actually made more 428CJ sportsroofs (plain jane to Machs) than they did 390-equipped cars because the upgrade price from the 390 to the 428CJ was only a few hundred dollars (I...

    1969 Fastback Question

I'm pretty sure the '69 Shelbys were only 351W and 428CJs, no 390s. The Shelby 390s were the big block '67s and the early BB '68s, before the 428CJ motors came out.

    Ebay - black/red GT/CS - what do you think?

It'll be interesting to see if it shows back up on eBay. Hate those private auctions--can't be nosey and see how "good" of a buyer it was who won the auction.
