Jamie, Mechanical fuel pump mount. There is an eccentric "cam" wheel that bolts to the end of the cam which moves an arm on the fuel pump. I believe there is a block off plate that you can buy separately for this location (if you are using an electric fuel pump). -Jeff

Thank you all for your input. Here's what I discovered. You can get '07-'08 CS injection molded plastic front license plate bracket and hardware from Ford (Parts department at your local dealer) for about $20. Just have to specify that it's for a CS. This will work on a normal GT. -Jeff
