I got my new 67 grille (Scott Drake) out so I could convert it to a GT/CS grille (original is unrepairable) and as I was drilling the 67 brackets out the metal started to bend. I put calipers on it and the metal is the correct thickness, but obviously not the correct alloy that Ford spec'd out...

OK - I now have the AC system ready to go in and I went to attach the Scott Drake rubber drain tube and found it to be quite a bit larger. The hose ID is 0.76" and the drain is 0.65". Anyone else experience this? Is there a better option than the SD version?
