Dave,
The 351 Windsor engine was used in a 1969 Mustang which is virtually identical to a 1967/1968 Mustang. I would guess that these manifolds will fit just fine and if you source an H-pipe for a 1969 Mustang with a 351 W motor it will bolt right in,.

A 1969 351W-4V H-pipe, will almost bolt onto a 302 engine. Due to the shorter deck height of the 289/302 engines, an 351W-4V H-pipe will be too wide at the collectors to just bolt onto the cylinder heads. Been there done that, squeezed the collector ends on my used 1969 351W-4V H-pipe together, no doughnut leaks either. Half expected them to leak.
