I am looking for a 67/68 Mustang/Cougar factory installed Evaporator/Heater Box. This is the large box that sits under the dash behind the glove box, I have attached a picture. I have installed one in my coupe and I want to also install factory A/C in my convertible (my GT/CS already has A/C and I used it as a reference on how to install the A/C in my coupe)

It seems the blowers are everywhere....funny how the evaporator boxes have disappeared, almost like washing your socks and only finding one. Thanks for looking and thanks for asking around. As for shipping from Australia...yes I beleive the shipping would be more than the part, but thanks also.

Doug,
Here's a response from Steve's Mustang in Houston.

Steves Mustang said:
We have one in a 67 car but the top half near the cowl has several visible cracks in it.

If that will work here is the contact information.

Doug,
My friend Louis Sellers has a couple of the A/C housing you are looking for. He is a very honest and reasonable seller of early Mustang parts. His phone number is (360) 598-2279 and his e-mail is [email protected].

He painted my car and has tons and tons of parts. For the rest on this site, keep his information handy. He has tons of parts. By the way he also owns a "S" code 4 speed black on black GT/CS.

Rob
