Found out on FB, that Al's car which originally went to Washington, and then to Oregon, was sold to someone in California. The Washington owners are now trying to buy it back.

Steve- Did the Facebook post get deleted? I no longer see it. I was curious what the car sold for if they worked something out with the seller. Going to be putting my S code up for sale here soon. Thank you

I can't find the post now, so it must have been taken down. The Washington owner has been trying to set up a membership on here, and hopefully Jon will be able to help out.

Hey all, looks like I am in now. Thanks to Steve for the email address, and Jon to get it completed.

My name is Brad, and I live in western Washington state across the sound from Seattle. Ironically, we were just up in Victoria and Vancouver (a 'loop' of the Salish Sea trip) two months ago where this car is originally from. I have tracked down a lot of the history since Terry sold it to Allen (Al), and have spoken with Mark Herman about the car. I have made an agreement to buy the car, but now its all about getting it shipped and the seller is helping with that. That has taken longer than expected. So more on the car as it becomes available.

About me. I am a long time Ford Mustang guy. My first car, and second, were 1968 Mustangs. I have had a series of 65-66 Mustangs, including a 1966 K Code that is now in a Dallas museum. In 1999 I created a website for a Mustang club in California I belonged to; www.goldenhillsmustangclub.com I have restored a number of Mustangs and tracked a Saleen, a Roush, and a Terminator Cobra. I built a Superformance Cobra and was looking to build a FIA Daytona Coupe when I decided to go with a GTCS instead. I literally tracked 50+ GTCS's that have been sold or are for sale and bid on a couple. So yeah, I sorta like Mustangs. I have at least two friends currently that own GTCS cars.

Once we can get the GTCS here, she will share the garage with my track car - a 2017 Shelby GT350, and my wife's 2025 Mach-E GTPE.
