. Brisket is on Order

All July 17 at Haven Lake peoples!!

Getting closer!! Just ordered 24 to 30 pounds of brisket from the local butcher. Been cutting apple wood and have the dry rub at the ready!!

Brisket can be ate like a steak, or thin sliced, smothered in my friends homemade thick and sweet BQ sauce on a bun or roll!!

Setting dinner time for 2:00 p.m. to support a drive back to Seattle area. Come by as early as you want! I will be up most of the night stoking the "Q"!!! Crap, come by Friday night and take a shift!!!

Now pray for a dry day!!!

We have 19 people ( six attending bar-b -q ) 10 mustangs ( 3 GT/CS ) cars coming from our club. Looking foreword to a great time.

Keys in ignition!! Hope to have the BFG drag radials and the Cragar S/S's on the GNS. The 4 speed Fastback has P-295 50R 15's on it. Keys are in my wifes hands!!!

Take a long close look, I know exactly where my car has discrepancies, but I would love to learn more about my car. I'll buy you a beer on sunday, so as not to influence any judging.

Apple wood is cut and stacked!!! Rub is rubbing. Sauce is "saucing". Lots of room to park. Ice for the beer.

Now all I need is some fool to get up every 3 hours on Friday night to stoke the "Q"!!!
