1968 Can't find hood pin hole template

I have searched the forums, but can't find a hood pin hole template on the site. A couple of old threads have dead links to pics and templates, but none of them work.

Is there someplace I can get the template? My car is in the shop and the hood needs the holes before we start to paint.

I also need the same for the CS script locations/measurements.
