JBart and Amy, Ryan and Robinette following amber (at the wheel) during the parade laps. Early Friday pic of the paddock area with the meet and greet/BBQ Central. On Saturday, the hill behind was lined with all Shelby Cobra's.

Hi Amy,

Yep that was us in the '07 Black CS coupe. Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet everyone.
We tried to bring the '68, but the battery died when trying to start it after getting fuel in the morning down the street. Got a jump and got back home. Drove the newer one instead up to Sonoma.
We stayed for a few hours chatting with folks and watched some awesome racing. The road racing looked like a lot of fun!!

...Indeed, the road racing looked exremely exciting and nostalgic. My son & I have been enjoying the in-car youtube videos. My winding-road neighborhood is at risk of never being the same as a result ;-) 'Would've been great to see in-person as you did.

JBART, what were your quarter-mile times?

Had we known you & Amy were passing through, we could've "flown photo formation" along part of the scenic Sierras.

Also like your pic of the 685 Highland Green with the 10-spokes :)

Tim, you have a GREAT idea forming....
'68 CS vs '08 CS, together on the track...
We'll need a date, and a time. I vote for SAAC 36 at Infineon. Grass Valley is nearby, yes?

Bob Teets photo of award

I forget what Bob won. I was looking for him, everywhere, then he appeared at the very time his name was called for the award. Anyone know? It was for the Sunday show at Infineon.

JBart, No worries, We were really bummed you guys missed the awards as well. We all thought it was going to be a few hours away when you left. You weren't gone 10 minutes when the broke from the event to give out awards. Bummer, but again, no worries. Mike
