on the pass door i can not open from the outside can open from the inside the button goes in but you don't feel any thing their any help will do

Door button, latch rod, has come loose.

Remove the inspection plate/gasket on the end of the door and shine a light in there.

thanks for the info on the inspection plate found that the screw was lose tightened screw door opens as good as new thanks again
