Don't know what the reserve value is, but this is an exceptional looking CS. Whoever gets this one will have a beauty! :)

I put in a bid of $10500 just to feel out the reserve price. Can't say I want this car for my collection but for the 10500 bid I put on it I could justify it and make some room.

I figured you were going for the red, white, and blue trio.

This car was on ebay a few weeks ago. The last bid I saw was $16,100. There is a string about it somewhere on this board.

yep, I remember.

I have a set of those wheels (10 spoke repro Shelby's) and think they look good. Maybe I will put them on the 390 CS.

For all the talk of GT/CS prices going up if (when) a new one is introduced, this would be a very nice one to pick up now. Whether it is a dealer or not, he has done his homework. It has some real nice add-on touches (console, steering wheel, wheels), and it has AC. The GT exhaust needs the GT valance and the tail light bezels should go back to chrome (they appear to have the black edging). I would want to see some underside pictures - I am very tempted on this one (but limited on garage space). Casey

Noooooooooo!!! I was going to put 15x7 10-spokes on my aqua GT/CS. First you buy up all the good cars so I have to buy a beater then you steal my wheel idea!

Okay, if you do 10-spokes maybe I'll do magnums. They are less expensive anyway.

What a day; first I read about someone painting a Lime Gold GT/CS blue, then this.

Where did I put VonQuack's number.......?

I think the ones I bought are 16x8's so big ol' fat rubber would fit on them. Just looked them up and they ARE 16x8's just like below. ;)

If you're thinking about Shelby 10 spokes, I just purchased a set from www.Vintagewheelworks.com They had the best price I could find and they look great. You have to replace their Vintage Wheel certer cap applique with a mustang or cobra emblem but that's a small additional investment. Just a bit of info you might like to check out.

I gotta ask, a white car with red stripes but a black interior? Mines white, red, red. I think the red stripes set the white off better but black should be correct. None the less, it's a nice looking car. Wish I had room for another, but my shop is a little crowded right now.

I think this is a dealer or consignment.

All of the sellers items are "located" in around the NYC suburbs ... all are about 1-2 hours or so from each other.

This car isn't far from me. Probably about 20-30 minutes away. I have to see if I can get a chance to see it in person.

Yeah, this is the one with the rosewood dashpanels. Even a rosewood insert in the console.

Mustangs Unlimited has real-wood kits for Mustangs. Kinda expensive. Rosewood is one of available colors.
