Thanks for the Birthday wishes! Yeah, 60 and counting today ... who'd 'a thunk!
Yes, the weather is awesome today ... and no new collector plates or road insurance on the car right now ... :sad:
But the new 2 car garage is progressing nicely and they should be pouring the floor sometime early next week! :smile:
Just the right amount of room for 2 '60's Mustangs and a few spare parts and then the old single car garage that is attached to the house becomes my new (and long needed) workshop!

No, I wish we could ... but we had a heck of a time just getting a permit from the municipality to build it on our property in the first place, and then they forced us to put it where it is going to be located rather than where we really wanted to build it. I'm having a few words with our next door neighbour about it too, since he's not very happy about where it's going to be located either. It'll just be used to park the two Mustangs plus to store a few parts and tools, but it won't have any work space ... but it's better than having no garage at all!

Great Birthday Dinner tonight!

Good Birthday dinner tonight at Montana's with my wife Laurie, Mother-in-Law Iris, step-daughter Alison, grandson Jon, and our mechanic buddy Chris. Thought maybe it would just be a casual dinner tonight, but they made me "dress up" for it!
