I have come across another R code CS, marti report enclosed

I did not locate this car but someone on another website posted this marti report. Now maybe we can locate the last one and know where all 3 of the 428 CS's are! notice the car was a month late in being built and took almost 7 months to be sold?

Interesting that neither Scott's CJ nor this one were ordered for California (Scotts was Oregon). Also interesting that Scott's CJ was built within 2 days of this one (Scott's built on 5/15). Lastly Scott's was a retail sell (a customer order) and this one is a stock sell (a dealer order). The serial numbers are pretty far apart (Scott's is 160376).

Where the heck did you find this? On the 428 registry site? Casey

yes on the cj site. the new one I found was scheduled about a month before it was actually built. maybe waiting on motors?

I have been looking over some 68 CJ Marti reports and it seems like they made a group of 428's around May 7th through May 17th. makes me believe they were waiting for engines.

From the thread where I welcomed Scott, he provided some info from his Marti Report there. I encouraged him in the thread to take a digital picture of it and load it into his gallery. Casey
