I'm glad you got that figured out and sent the citation to whoever it was that was driving that car. You need to keep the streets safe for us law-abiding citizens.

If it is Joe's car, and I'm not saying it is, I'm pretty sure he wasn't playing with his speedometer since I've seen it pegged, er, I mean I've heard stories of it being pegged from time to time, I mean pegged once, only once, and that was on a 1/4 mile drag strip, all perfectly legal!
