Hi all,

Thought I’d upgrade the lights to LED and change the front turn and DRLs as well as the reverse light and convert to turn signals as well. Switched out the flasher modules too! So much brighter!

Gotta give a shout out to vintage LEDs for their products. Super easy to install.

For the tail/stop lights I highly recommend West Coast Classic Cougar's Plasma L.E.D bulbs. Super bright, direct replacement for 1157 bulbs.

Thanks Neil. Yeah I did this upgrade as well a while back. Big difference.

Left = LED, Right = bulb

So did you just splice an ign hot for the DRL's? Do they still flash for turn signals? Curious about this. Certainly makes it safer for the idiots on the road to see ya coming!

I was confused by the description/terminology for a minute.
I refer to them as Marker lights (lower side of front fenders) and Turn Signal lights (on the front valance).
Terminology aside, its just bulb replacement AND Flasher replacement (due to the lower current draw of the LED's in the front & rear Turn signals. No wiring involved.
The biggest PITA is changing both Flashers, and they're just a plug-in.

Ohoooooo, I thought he actually made them power up with ignition on for DRL's.
