Super! And Welcome. Lots of info & help here.
We'll ALL be interested in: VIN, photos, car's condition, Marti report for our Registry, name, location (where are you?), etc.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I updated my profile with more info and will add more as I spend time here. :)

A little more info on the car:
VIN 8R01C153547
289 2V/C4
Alcapulco Blue/Blue int

I haven't recieved the Marti Report yet but am looking forward to learning more about the car when it arrives.

The car was painted a few years ago and after a few moves the paint isn't in great shape but it should be repairable. Me and a friend went to pick it up and ended up dropping the motor in and mounting the hood to ease transporting it. home. It's currently an empty shell with a bunch of boxes full of parts and it looks to be very complete (motor with correct intake and carb, trans, interior, lights....)

Even came with the original Blk/Yellow plates. :D

I thought that too. I am making some assumptions but with how complete this car is I have to believe it a "real" one. It came with the complete grill and fog lights along with original side scoops still with GT/CS decals. Guess I'm a gambling man and hope you guys still accept me if it turns out to be a replca from the 70's.
I'll post the Marti when I get it.

Here's the door plate

Welcome to the group, and of course we'll accept you. The only reason we suggest a Marti report is to ensure you get what you paid for. We're a pretty easy going bunch, and equally enjoy original, clones, all stock or heavily modified. We have MCA judges and people that couldn't spell MCA if you put a sticker on the back of the blower sticking through the hood. (No offense to my brother and son. It's a joke, guys :grin: )

That's when MCA stands for "More Customizing Anticipated"

Now that I know all the original specs I hope to place an order with Scott Drake in a few days. It'll be like an early X-mas.

BTW Midnight, Love the Highland Green, here's a pic of my other project that's about done.

I'm in the middle of honey doos but hope to be back to it in the next week or two. Headliner and glass and i'll be back on the road. Then time for a 13" Wilwood brake upgrade.

Matt;
I've had GOOD experience getting parts from RnRclassics (Ron Moore- a member of this site). They're in CA also.
