Picture of my brother-in-law Herb. He has a 1967, GT, big block, 4 Speed Fastback with a 428 and 6 two barrel carbs on it. He is working on a 1969, 4 speed, small block (351), Ranchero project. His Mustang will be up in storage for a bit, so I will get a picture or two. It is spectacular!

Herb, married to my sister Barb, is a brother to me as much as the two other blood brothers I have. We are all close and life could not be better. I share the 750 Suzuki with my brother Terry and my oldest brother Roy has a healthy small block 4 speed 1964 Comet Caliente. Double black and just gorgeous!! One of the best sounding small block idles I ahve ever heard.

Boy I would hate to run in to that crew in a dark alley!

Well, you can thank my sister Sharon for that. She demanded we all try to look like "bad boys" even though we know just enough about guns to be likewise, dangerous! Here's her video of the day:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ow5N4GKuRkc

Yet the real "bad boy" star of the thread is Dr.Rob! 'Cant wait to see the results of his colonoscopy on Amy's "SATAN" and all other operations from his dedicated lab!

Cory,
It goes high enough for a Mustang to park under easily. $2,600.00!! Not high enough for a tall 4X4 truck. 70 inches max.

I have the trim rings and caps ready. Just need to find a box!

Rob

Sweet, as soon as I get the inside finished, insulation and OSB on the walls I'll be getting some info from ya.

Looks like everyone had fun that day! Nice Pattern 1917 rifle, still in full wood military dress too. A S&W model 14 (38 Special?) or Model 19 (357 Magnum?) and an old S&W 39 (single stack magazine) or 59 (double stack magazine) in 9mm. The stainless revolver with the heavy underlug barrel looks like a Dan Wesson rather than a S&W? And everyone has to have a 22 semi auto of some sort just for some cheap, high volume shooting ...

I need to get out again with Laurie so that we can both do some more recreational shooting sometime, but life has just been too busy for both of us! We did get out to shoot a few Grouse during the season, but haven't had time to just go out and shoot for the fun of it!

New Year's Day staff shooting event ...

Every New Year's Day our store hosts a staff, family, and friends Trap shooting day and social up at our local Fish & Game club. This year we had about 40 to 50 people drop by to shoot a few clays and share a pot luck lunch of Buffalo, Mule Deer, Whitetail Deer, and Fallow Deer roasts sliced up and served like a "beef dip" on buns with gravy. Lots of sides, plus I did a bit of baking for desserts and biscuits.
The best part of these events is watching the kids shooting because they enjoy it so much. My step daughter Alison and my grandson Johnny came up for lunch and then shot a bit. Mom out shot the "kid" with a score of 9 to 2 (out of 25 clays total), so he found out that it is a lot tougher to shoot moving targets for real than it is playing on his new PS3 video game console!
A good time was had by all and the "die hards" (myself included) kept shooting until about 4:30 when it got too dark to shoot anymore.
It was a great day ...

Looks like you had a blast and the food sounds great. I'm going to have to go dig out some Mule Deer back steaks for dinner now.

Here are a few pics of a 2200 sf remodle I just finished. I really enjoy the custom trim, cabinets and tile work.

Very nice, did you do all the work yourself? We finished a kitchen remodel this summer, however we hired the cabinet work done and the wife did the floor tile herself, I only answered questions when asked.

Omg!

Very nice reno job ... I love the woodwork ... but is your house "haunted"?
There is something very nasty looking peering out of your wall on photo #4 with bright yellow glowing eyes!

Yes I do most of my own work. Those husband wife projects can be a bit tricky. My wife and decided we want to stay together so we do not hang wallpaper together. Here are a couple of pics of a log home that I remodeled two years ago. Fitting cabinets and trim to log is a pain but I am sure that is not news to those of you that live in the Northwest. Marty

Tim he is a lucky guy to fly such a sleek aircraft. In the approch picture it really shows what a clean profile it has with gear and flaps up.
