Arlie, I checked into this car about 6 months ago. The owner claims it was originally a 6 cyl and not an HCS car. Some previous owner did put the HCS badges on the car. I thought of making a 1968 HCS package convertible out of it , then thought better...$$$. I can check it out further if you are interested. I know a body shop that will paint it Highland Green for you.
