Ford CAC (History 999) Report

I know it's not a Marti Report but thought I'd post my report I just got from Ford.

I've heard it often doesn't include the California Special package but mine was accurate for all options comparing it to the Marti. I attached the Marti too for comparison.

I have to wonder if Ford is actually asking Marti to produce this report for them. You would think they have some kind of arrangement. They did tell me they had to send it to a third party to get the information.

Anyhow - here it is. I did it all through email it took a little over 1 month to receive it.

Golden Nugget Marti

Here is the Marti for my Golden Nugget. I would like to know how many were actually produced. I have seen 2 Marti's on this site, seen one shell in Portland on Craigslist and found another on StangNet. That is 4 out of how many? Will hopefully get a better picture soon.

Just received the reprints of my Marti Report and Personal Statisical Report, the original ones were a bit faded and I couldn't make any legible photos or scans.

here is the report for my car. The numbers at the top for some reason didn't show up right.

Yours and mine are very close together. Two days apart in the build, and released the same day, Feb 19, 1968.

Someday I will get my book and the information.
Our cars are some of the earliest built.

My VIN is 8R01J137614.

Thanks for posting.

I know about the early build but would like to know why it took 11 months to sell! I had asked Paul if mine could have been one they used for promotions before selling it. He didn't have an answer. So the mystery continues. I think have the names of the 4 previous owners but have been unable to locate the 1st owner to see if it had any miles on it when they bought it.
