So Arlie, I know you work with cemeteries and design them or something, but what exactly is your title?

Ha, I don't really have a title right now, or even a job description.

I actually have 2 jobs. The first is to inspect all our buildings for ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance and recommend how to fix the problems. Things like parking lots, ramps, restrooms, etc.

My other job is one of those that I'd have to kill you if I told you. Let's just say I'm one of the "special project" people.

Ok, I understand your first job, but the second one, you have given me absolutely no clue, lol. Sooo, does "special project" have to do with cemeteries too?

It would make sense that my "posts per day" is ".68". Seems like an appropriate number.

Would the "quality" of the post give greater value to the number? Would questions, and leading comments like: "oh, why", or "tell me more", or "hey, meet ya for fishin'"....etc....qualify for the headcount?

I think we need a headcount in EXCEL of the word count, quality of the message, time spent thinking about it ahead of time, writing on or off the clock, amount of "problem solving" provided, detailed "stumping" question, sarcasms (count one here), out and out "OT", and anyone who mentions the word "CHevy" or Camaro", which is an immediate disqualification.

and, oh, you need to factor in the "I gotta life" quotient.
