OK - I have the front end back in and have been torturing myself trying to decide on the steering. It is an original PS car, I have 1.75 complete PS linkage set ups for the car and 2 complete standard steering set-ups. So, this is my problem - I need to get the pump and all brackets for a 302, I will be replacing all tie-rods, hydraulic ram, valve and hoses. So, is it cheaper to buy all the above OR swap to a Borgsen PS conversion for a manual linkage? I know that every non-concours user of the Borgsen is extremely happy with the hassle free nature of the system (no problematic, leaking valve/ram), but I am looking at it from strictly a costing stand point...Can I buy the stuff I need to rebuild cheaper than a Borgsen conversion? Any leads on where a guy could find the correct PS brackets and pump?

Many thanks in advance!

I have a pump and a bracket. Also have a ram and the other part, plus a rebuild kit for the ram, and the original hoses with the thing that separates them.

Let me know which pieces you need and I'll find a box for them.

If anyone else wants parts I have a 4V manifold, a 2V manifold, air cleaner housing and top, valve covers, and all sorts of other stuff I'm looking to get rid of. The only part that I'll charge for is the 4V manifold.

Yes, it has a 289 sticker on it.
I'll also see if I can find a heat riser tube.

ETA
No heat riser tube.

I'm interested in that 4V manifold. PM me the info and what else you might want to get rid of.
