This is certainly a scam.
The car is not a true GT/CS but it's still work a lot more than $10,000.

This is the same car that was on eBay back in December for sale in B.C. for $30,000 or so.

There's a guy on the VMF website who playing with a scammer right now, its great, he is really doing a great job turning the tables on the scammer and making his scam hell.
