Great day at the Shelby Show at Volo today. Shelby himself didnt make it due to health, but he did call in over the loud speakers. A nice side benefit was having all the dash plaques autographed by him.

Here are some pictures. One is a nice line up of Shelbys, the other is of my GTCS with all the extras to educate people, and the last is my two youngest sons with the real Herbie the Love Bug (Volo has a large collection of movie cars and George Barris (sp?) collection).

Great day and lots of people are VERY interested in the California Special - many are hearing about it, and several tell me they are on the look out for one now. Casey

Great presentation! I like what you did with the Marti report and the posters. You`ve got some cute boys there. Are they twins? Looks like you all had a fun day.

Rhonda, thanks - these are my two youngest boys, 7 and 5. I also have a 14yr old girl, 17yr old guy, and 20yr old guy. The older kids are getting to where their jobs, girl friends, and other interests, keep them from going with me to shows anymore.

There were about 250 Shelbys, Panteras, GLHS, Shelby Chargers, Tigers, and AC Cobras. Nice show.

I'd like to know what they have in the way of Barris & Movie cars...maybe they'd like to buy my friend's 007 Bond 1971 429CJ Mach from DAF.

Yes--I'm back, from a long absence, working on of all things, a toy store in Old Sac (G. Willikers).

More to follow...one more week, then we get into the book big time!
