VOTE NOW for the 2007 Calendar - Ends Friday Sept 29th

i have to agree, i think an 07 GTCS should be in the Calendar, The photo of the Blue one, with the additions he made to the car...is a great shot and it might not make enough votes...but i still think it should be in the calendar automatically. Maybe just pick the top 11 and the Blue one should be one of the 12 automatically

I agree that there should be mention in the calendar of this being the year the CS was brought back, but I don't agree we should disregard the voting process. The whole point of voting is to let the majority of us decide what we'd like to see as the featured cars. So I'm sticking to what the votes dictate.

If the '07s end up being on the collage page I'll probably feature them in the center with some verbage about the new models. Remember, all the photos will be in the calendar one way or another.

I guess what I don't understand is the logic that the way to commemorate Ford bringing back the GT/CS in 07 is by showing one that is far from stock.

In any case, it will be a great calendar.

How far from stock is the blue one? The script I know isn't stock. The thing I like is how the stripe on the blue one stands out like the original CS's, some of the new ones have the stripe so close to the car color you can't even tell there is a stripe. Has it's own appeal I guess but you can't distinguish that it's a CS from a distance, it just looks like the rest of the new Mustangs.

--Hey Obsidian Spider...i didnt mean to sound like such an ass, by just mentioning the blue 07...even though the stripe isnt stock, it looks good...even though they dont come with the CS scripts on the back, it looks good and i wish they did come like that...and even though they dont come with hoodpins, it looks good and i wish they did come with the exact same hoodpins the 68 CSs have...

but i do want to say something to you because your relatively new to this website, do not be disappointed because your car didnt get its own month. I have tried every year since 2005 to get my car its own month and failed and guess what i still didnt make it this year...

lets just be happy that we drive badass mustangs and trust me, showing people that your car is in a calendar, even though we're in the consolation bracket is still really cool...all we can do is improve our photography skills and try again next year...

I was able to figure out which cars belong to which members for a few cars, and I have a good guess at a few more, but am totally stumped on most of them.

Shall we play a game of "Guess the Owner" or wait and be surprised when the calendars come out?

What if someone starts by listing the picture numbers and who they think owns the associated cars. Then Jon, or the car owners, could let us know which ones are correct. Then, by using the "quote" button the next person would make additional guesses. That would keep a running list going of correct guesses.

Another option would be to for everyone to submit their list and then see who gets the most correct. If you want to go that route I'd be happy to be the list-tallyer-upper (scorekeeper) to lighten Jon's load.
