Wanted WANTED: Dealer license frame

I contacted the original Ford dealer who sels my car in 1968, but they could not help me to find original dealer license frames. Can someone help me to find them?
The dealer who sold my car was:

Kendall Ford Inc.
Olive And 13th (located in 1968)
Eugene OR 97401

I hope someone can help me.
