Hi Mike. We met you in grass valley for our family get together. Had some great pics. and really enjoyed it. I hope this is not out of place, but as we were leaving we got a ticket from the CHP. for speeding. The officer told us we would get a notice in the mail in the next week or so as to what to do. It has been almost a month, and as I read the ticket it says a courtesy notice "May" be mailed. We can find nowhere on the ticket where to call or how to contact CHP so we can resolve this matter. Nowhere on the ticket does it list a fine so I don't know what to do next.

Hi Doug, Correct head # is C8AE-H. Be carefull as the head casting # also was used on the 8 bolt hole heads. Those can be drilled out for the GT exhaust manifolds. Watch out for smog v. no smog heads. These have holes drilled in the head above the exhaust ports. I don't know if your car had smog or not. No, I do not have a set. Sorry. Mike

Mike do you know if C7AE-A is the correct head number for my 390 4bbl. My car was built on 7/18/68 - also what else should I look for; last question do you have a set that you might be willing to part with "for a price".
