    ebay 390 gt/cs UPDATE!!

Gosh, I hope original/matching number cars are worth more than non-original/non-matching number cars. If they aren't, let's just all build GT/CS clones...I mean RECREATIONS. Arlie, I called you a couple of nights ago and left a message. Did you get my message? Scott

Marchal 656 for sale on ebay with $350 buy it now

It doesn't look like all the hardware is there to mount them to the bcackets. Isn't there supposed to be a spacer and some other parts. Does anyone know where to get the rest of the parts to complete the fog lights?

No Mustang Emblems & Rust Problem

Did the car ever have a vinyl top? Sometimes the tops will hold moisture behind them and rust. Looks like that could have happened and been poorly repaired.

    Latest Mustang Purchase

Jason, Yep, I've driven it a little. Probably three or four miles. Took the wife for a ride yesterday and she said she's never riding with me again. Don't think that has anything to do with the car though. I filled the inside of the car with burning-rubber smoke, which is apparently a bad...

    Latest Mustang Purchase

Hey Jason, Since you are always giving me a hard time about never driving my cars, I put driver-tires on the new purchase. It came with aftermarket wheels and today I put the original ones back on. Looks a lot better. Scott

My car is not quite a twin to Bob Teet's car, but close. Same Candyapple Red paint and both are automatics. Mine has a black deluxe interior and Bob's has a standard red interior. Don't know any other particulars on Bob's car.

    Latest Mustang Purchase

Thanks to Mr. Bob Teets, I am now the new owner of a 1968 High Country Special. Mr. Teets was gracious enough to make the initial contact between me and the former owner, which eventually resulted in me buying the car. The car came out of South Dakota, which is where it has been all its life...

newbie...going to purchase 2006 southern california special

Sounds like neither of the GT/CSs are original. Ford didn't have a grey paint in 1968, or leather interior or 5-speed. Are you condsidering these because you can't find "original" ones or are you looking for a modified GT/CS? Just curious. Most people are either original folks or not. Since...

What about sequentialflashing tail lights? Would you

1968 Shelbys used different sequential units than T-birds and Cougars. The Shelbys used an electronic device (see pictures) that was called a dynamite stick (Shelby part number S8MS-13A366-A). Two were required and were spliced into the existing tail light harness with Scotch connectors. For...

    Really "original" license plate frames/script

P51 is correct. Except that if you bring a CA black plate car back into CA, and you still have the original black plates (and can document they are the original ones), you can reregister the car in the original black plates...even if has left the state sometime during its life. Scott
