Someone replied to a post from back in 2003 that's all.

That would be the one! Thanks!

There's only a black and white pic in the magazine ad and nothing online so I couldn't tell. I want to say it has a vinyl top. Does the other one have vinyl?

Some of these have been out there for awhile I think. http://adcache.collectorcartraderonline.com/10/4/7/85735447.htm http://adcache.collectorcartraderonline.com/10/8/8/70863488.htm http://adcache.collectorcartraderonline.com/10/5/0/82432750.htm Clone...

The December issue has a CS in there asking $38,000. Is it someone from the site? Here is the online ad for the same car. http://adcache.collectorcartraderonline.com/10/7/7/86229177.htm 1968 FORD MUSTANG GT, California special, rare in pristine condition, the car has gone through a...

I found this on the Sta-bil site if anyone is interested

I stopped by the Auto Parts store and picked up my bottle of Sta-bil in preparation of storing the cars next week. I was hoping to get a last drive in this weekend and we're dealing with torrential rains and 40-60 mph winds!!

Uh-oh the value of the 1996 book just skyrocketed

I'm with you on that one Paul! I'd make that trade in a heartbeat! Just noticed, same tires as mine ... that makes it worth at least $50,000 ... LOL!

Arlie, I left you a PM. Thanks! Rich

Thanks Arlie! If you scroll down the pictures are below. For some reason they aren't at the top of the auction. If figures the correct one's are the more expensive ones. I kind of like the "incorrect" version because I think the blue lettering would look good against the blue car ... and...

Are one of these correct for 68 or does it matter? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&id=&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3AWNA%3AUS%3A132&viewitem=&item=120043575782 OR...

Nice car as a restomod in any case. I like that it's close to original with the restomod touches. Wonder what it really is/was for sale for. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130039142152&fromMakeTrack=true

Jon, I never noticed that thread before. That's a great idea!!! Has it always been there?

Seems to be a run on CS and HCS cars on eBay the last week or so. If they were in the North East or North West even I would say it's the end of summer I do'nt want to store it for the Winter sales rush. But they are in CA and other areas...

I was just looking at that too. Nice car. And great color!!

Cool picture Cory! Is it off it's wheels? Or sunk into the ground?

Good catch on the CS! I missed it the first time even though you said where it was. What about the guy putting the beer can on top of his car? Live band too!! Scary thing was, I was watching the first video on my laptop, and I must've hit the touchpad and a porno video loaded!! Of...

Well ... I can easily write the check and fit all the zeros on if I try really hard. I might have a problem getting a bank to cash it though

BUT ... We don't really exchange "Pinks" just our diecast versions  Can't lose our CS or HCS for real.
