I don't think it's adjustable but the level of assist is supposedly much less than the old Ford system.

And brake fluid instantly disolves most paints so running it down a freshly painted inner fender will result in a striped inner fender. Try repainting that with the distribution block in the way!

That's OK, at least I get to use my roller Z-bar now.

!!!ATTENTION!!! A Borgeson steering box CANNOT be used on a 1968 Mustang with a manual transmission with a Z-bar, but it will work with a cable or hydraulic clutch. They are working on a modified Z-bar but they don't know when it will be available, so off it comes, and the old box goes back on.

When replacing an oil filter make sure the rubber gasket from the old filter doesn't get stuck on the block, because installing a new filter over that old gasket creates an incredible oil leak when the engine is started!

The VIN is J152506. It's in the registry with a Marti. We've seen this car for sale before. I remember it because of its instrument panel and its color change from yellow to red.

Rob rebuilt the 4300 on my J-code 4-speed car and it runs great. It has a tiny hiccup if I romp on it but I don't drive that way so it works great for me.

Please keep in mind that I know just enough to be dangerous, but if you just want to check the bearing you should be able to remove and replace it from the bottom. If the problem is a wrist pin the piston assembly will need to be installed from the top so you may as well take it out from the top.

I don't think they have 4300s, but I also bought a 4100 from them and it's a great carb.

I've always liked that color combination, either white or yellow with a black vinyl top and black stripes.
