1968 Rear LEDS - Wide or Narrow?

Rich, what do you mean by, "for the front"? Are you talking about the side marker lights?

    1968 Kind of a new owner ...

With 4.11 gears you were turning at least 3600rpm. You (and the car) must have been pretty well worn out at the end of each day!

    1968 Kind of a new owner ...

Did you drive the car at typical highway speeds (70mph) from Washington to Colorado?

    Colorado Event in 2011?

Should we move this conversation into its own thread?

    Colorado Event in 2011?

No reason we can't do both Denver and Steamboat. We can have a gathering in Denver, then those that want to drive to Steamboat can take that beautiful 3 hour trip through the mountains.

It's not just the photo. The stripe is way too high on the scoop. Nice looking car, though.

Can't find a picture of that one. I think it was used only with tach cars, so it's pretty rare in the Mustang world.

Wanted looking to buy a GT/CS

Just a couple more questions so we can get you what you're looking for. Do you want a show car, a driver, a project, a rusty shell? What's the maximum you want to spend?

Wanted looking to buy a GT/CS

You've certainly come to the right place. We pretty well have the country covered and know most of the cars. Are you interested in any particular color, engine, transmission, AC, PS, PDB, etc?

And the red data plate. That's another sure sign of a paint job that will need to be scraped off.

    Moving of anccestors cemetary

Land is so valuable in San Francisco that every grave was moved out of town and it's illegal to establish a new cemetery there, so municipalities do move burials if there is a reason they feel is important. Rich, the company I work for doesn't own cemeteries in New York because we own funeral...

    1968 Best fitting side scoops?

Tom It's the ridge that runs along the front of the scoop, about 1/4" back. Most painters sand off the ridge before a repaint, and most reproduction scoops don't have the ridge.
