$12K for a conv is NOT a bad price, let alone for a HCS. Would be curious of condition.

Hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like the top is destroyed and open to the weather. Might be quite a bit of floor rust if it's been sitting out collecting snow, rain & leaves for a while.

Amazes me that someone could have the insight to own a collectable car like this yet not have the insight to at least put a tarp over it. I guess you can't say for sure they didn't but if I was selling it and I'd had it covered and I photographed it out in the elements with the top shredded I'd be sure to mention that it has been covered. Heck I won't even leave my lawn mower outside and I cuss the kids if they leave their bikes out in the elements.
