The book is a dead registry, the author ensured that. Was thinking the admin here could add this one to the living registry, as it is on Ebay it is in public domain and removes any IP issues that the author claims...

I have this car in my Registry with the Marti Report. It is a living registry. The online Registry is governed by the owners of the cars and although it would be nice to include this car, or any cars just to add them, we can not. It can only be updated by the current owners, if they wish to belong to a registry. I hope everyone understands this. For Jon to add all the cars from the hard Registry to the online Registry, it would be over 1000 entries.

I add every GT/CS and 68' HCS to my Registry that include a Marti Report and are brought to my attention. I have no problem helping someone verify a car by checking the Registry for them, but I have no right to send them a copy of any Marti Report I have, as these are copyrighted by Kevin Marti, and I did not pay for the report, thus buying the use of any Marti Report.

If anyone is interested in a CS or HCS for sale, insist on a Marti Report from the seller or order one from Kevin Marti. If I have the Marti report for a particular car, I will verifiy it is or is not, or an unknown CS or HCS. For the HCS cars, Please contact Bob Teets for verifications and or history.

Please keep bringing them to our attention here or by emailing or PMing Bob Teets, Mosesatm or myself. Thanks.

" It can only be updated by the current owners," How's that?

I can't edit the incorrect info on mine and repeated requests to update it go unanswered...

What Mike means by 'update' is that if someone finds a car he or she can't update the registry by entering that car's information to it.

My apologies. That's my fault. I don't have repeated messages from you (just the one PM) but that's no excuse. I should have responded to that one.

I've updated it now, but need a couple of things from you to finish it. I've sent you a PM.

Yes, it's correct that once a car is in the online Registry it can only be updated by me. That's a security measure. Otherwise anyone could go in and modify or delete any car.

So if you have an update to the online Registry please contact me. I'll try not to take long to do it, but if you don't hear back from me just keep bugging me.
