I've had some very thoughtful contacts lately, and I DO appreciate your kind words.

It's getting close to the end for my mother, and I might need some alone time.

When it's time, I'm taking her ashes to be buried at her mom's plot in Yakima. I promised to take her home, to be with her mother, who died in 1937 when she was only 12.

My mother is an ancestor of pioneers that crossed the Oregon Trail in wagons in the mid-1800's.

Her favorite phrase to me about Mustangs was to say: "Head Up and Tail Flyin'".

Thank you all for your support..

Paul.

My mother passed away last night (Feb 25th) just before midnight.

My brother was there with her, and she went peacefully.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and support.

Paul.

I'm very sorry to hear that Paul. Luckily it sounds like you were able to spend a lot of quality time with her recently, which I'm sure you'll always hold on to.

Our thoughts are with you ...

Hello Paul,
Laurie and I send our sincere condolences for your loss as well. I lost my Mom a couple of years ago, and I can tell you from experience that the fond memories that you have from your days together will be a great comfort.
When you make the trip up to Yakima, if you'd like to carry on up to Victoria for a visit and take a few extra days of R&R just let us know. We'd be more than happy to host you, so you'd definitely have a place to stay with some of your extended GT/CS family ...

YESTERDAY'S TEARS

Yeaterday's tears build a river,
Washing the soul of it's pain...
Cleansing the heart nd mind,
Like a gentle sweet spring rain.

When you feel you have cried your river
And your throught aches from tears shed
And the mind is exhausted from feeling
Or the heart feels it is now dead...

Raise your eyes to the skies and recall
How beautiful a full moon can be.
See the stars shining gently on us all,
And remember how friends can be.

Call that friend you know is here.
Waiting to help you escape your pain,
The one does not judge, but listens,
So you you may go on!

We said a prayer for you today and we knew God heard- felt the answer in our heart's. We aked him to be near you at the start of each new day.
