I recently went to the local Ford dealership because I wanted to see a new GT/CS. I talked to salesmen and they knew nothing about the GT/CS. I went home and drove my old car up to the lot and showed them and took some pictures. Then I took it for a test drive and bought it. All I wanted were some pictures. Its alot of fun to drive. They look good together. I was unable move pictures to this thread but pictures are in the gallery, not sure why.

That's awesome, I wonder if you are the first in the history of the GT/CS to own both an original and a new CS?

Thanks for the compliments. My old car still gets more looks. I wish it had the power that the new car has. Both are fun to drive.

I know that you all have seen the pictutes of mine and are in my gallery. I got mine new 07 in September and I know it was built before that as the dealership that my dealership found it had a very hard time letting it go and already had a little over 600 miles on it, but that encludes the miles put on it driving it to my dealership, from Council Bluffs, Ia. to Storm Lake, Ia. Mine was made in June of 2006. That is what it says on the door of mine.just passing this along. This new 07 GT/CS is more than awsome, just ask my 16 year old Grandson, he has driven it and loves it almost as much as his Grandma.

New 07 GT/CS owner too!

Starting out your first post is always "akward" so I'll just say that I've just purchased an '07 GT/CS and really enjoy this car! I got the White Coupe with just about every option. Not all of them, but the ones that counted IMHO.
:D

This is my 7th Mustang; a 65, 68, 69, 70, 72, 90 and now the 07. I still have the 90 7-Up Vert that I picked up in AZ a couple months ago. I've also got a ProStreet 03 Mercury Marauder and I just needed a new winter ride.

Here's the GT/CS in the garage with the Marauder:

The hardest part is to figure out which car to drive. I still like the 68 GT/CS. It's more unique. I hope that you enjoy your new GT/CS as much as I do.

I know exactlly what you mean, I have a 2004 GT covertable and my new 07 GT/CS and some times, is hard to deside which to drive, but the 07 is what I drive most of the time, as my 04 is my is mostly for shows. I am always asked which one are you driving today. If it would be for my Granddaugher, the convertable would always her her choice. Well it is winter for the most part here now and the 05 is stored for the winter and the new one will pretty soon. But I am not without wheels, I have a 90 Bronco ll I drive in the winter months. Enjoy your new one to the max as I have and will next spring. Congratulaions and welcome
