Will the kind folks here please pick apart this car?

I found a few obvious details, like the tail light trim, those ridiculous tire sizes, the steering column tach, painted fender bolts, and possibly different color fenders, but after that I'm pretty well stuck.

I LIKE the HCS models primarily due to their scarcity (251).
Duffy's ad says SOLD.
The E-Bay ad won't come up.
The photos look good.
Marti confirmed?
Turn offs for me is lack of PS, PB, and AC.
Is the scoop decal correct?
There's another HCS on E-Bay (Gold/Gold)

Should have a fan shroud, wiring protection sleeves on the under hood wiring?
Any other options besides 4 speed and AM radio?

No the decal is not placed correctly on the scoop.

If any of you are interested in this car go ahead and contact the seller. I offered her $18K sight unseen but she wasn't going for it, especially since she paid $30K for it a couple years ago (see attached PDF). IMO the car is probably worth her asking price but not to me without first inspecting it

The car is also advertised on Facebook Marketplace, in Hamlin, New York.

By the way the wheel and tire sizes are:
Fronts = 15"x4.5" with 155/80R15
Rears = 15" x 8" with 235/60R15

Yes it looks to be a very good car but as Rob said you would want to see the undercarriage be for buying it. I have it in the HCS registry but under the previous owner.
The color change is the biggest turn off to me but if it checks out would be worth the 20K.

The color change is also my potential deal breaker. That said, I do like the white. Put the original wheels back on the car with some wire covers and it would look sharp. Not my usual look but I can see it on that car.
