Looking at those first two pictures, I would run away from this one. Rust looks pretty extensive.

I'd have to see it on a lift to evaluate the belly. Body, paint, interior looks nice.
When looking at a Mustang, the first thing I do is pour some water into the cowl vents to see where it runs out. The sad inherent progression of cowl leaks: cowl-floor pan- frame-torque box rust out. Hoping for the best for you.

I guess the cowl is probably rusted if the torque boxes look that bad? I would wonder what's under the vinyl top too.

Crescent City is a coastal town in California, up by the Oregon border. Looks like it spent some time in a damp climate.

That is a good collection of options. Wish my GT/CS had the GT and deluxe interior options.
