Hey Crew,

Been along time since I posted anything, but I have a question\option for the community pertaining to die cast options. Here it goes my brother who surprized me with a 50th Bday gift of a Green Light Red CS with S Code engine and 4 sp stick......Very, very cool.....( All I got him for his 50th was a 2 x 25 yr old scotch...cuz were canadian and drink too much....BUT mainly cuz a 50 yr old single malt, might break me.....( older brother not younger...lol)..)

My question and gripe is his gift was much cooler than mine......But I have been looking for such a thing for quite awhile and could never find such a trinket....WHAT is really out there for us all...( one long term member who I spoke with.....wasn't aware of such a thing).....

So whats out there for us,..I know such a post a few yrs ago......but as of May 2014....what we got to fill our wasteful desires......But so cool.......

The Franklin Mint has some nice GT/CS models at
1:24. Greenlight has many colors at 1:18 and even have a High Country Special. Matchbox makes a number of tiny ones.

Matchbox does California Special cars! I have them in Red, Silver, White, Green and Blue. Just this morning I found a new copper color at my local grocery store.

Sure thing! I'll look next time I am at the store. I know I bought the only two they had when I was there. One for me and one for my 5 year old. Have to start them early! He's proud of his California Special collection. Tells all his friends about them when they come over.

I'm on the lookout for the new copper coloured one. Haven't seen it in Canada yet. Already have the other Matchbox ones and one Greenlight 1/18th in blue.
