That's a popular spot for it to be placed at car shows.
Never understood why though.
I see it a lot at shows where it is a requirement to have a fire extinguisher due to insurance regulations.

A car went up in flames yesterday at a car show in Houston. I just caught the headline on the morning news so I don't know exactly what happened.
