Hi Guys,
Is the GT/CS identified in the door trim tag/VIN number or do you have to get a Marti report to know for sure?

VIN does start with 8RO1

That doesn't guarantee that it's a GT/CS. Just that it isn't if it doesn't start with that. In other words, all 68 GT/CSs start with 8R01, but not all 68 Mustangs that start with 8R01 are GT/CSs.

If you PM SomethingSpecial with the VIN he can check to see if it's already in the Registry.

Thank s for the input guys.
So all the CS mods were done at the San Jose plant only. Makes sense I suppose.
And then this info was added to the build manifest sheet? So that's why it shows on a Marti report but not on any of the actual car's identification tags.
