I'd have to look at it 'up close & personal'. I counted about a dozen visible glitches pertaining to '68 Mustangs. The most glaring for a C/S is the absence of the hood locks. Too many others to list, and being in MI, I'd want to look at the sheetmetal closely. They didn't specify 'original' sheetmetal, so that would be open to suspiscion for me, since it's a northen car. But it is a handsome car.

The photo that shows a close-up of the windshield washer bottle seems to have a lot of wrinkling in the inner fender sheetmetal / radiator support - bad collision repair?

Definitely needs a set of eyes on it.

I've seen that wrinkling in sheet-metal that comes from Taiwan. I had to replace the stone guard on my 67 and the re-pop was so bad we ending repairing the original. Same thing with the inner aprons; some of the re-pops are terrible.

I would say buyer beware on this.

The # error may be an error by Ford; or Marti may not have had that option number in his system. The Mustang Monthly article on Kevin Marti mentioned that Kevin had to write a program to convert Ford's codes to a more modern program. Kevin is usually pretty good about "proofing" these reports prior to sending them out. For this one I think Kevin is the only one who knows for sure.

Very nice car. Wrinkles should be investigated as a bargaining chip. Upper console should be woodgrain to my knowledge. Easy fix. Not the first in inconsistancy I have seen on a Marti report.

That area near the washer bottle looks nasty.
