For years I have searched for any Pasadena Motors stuff because that is where my GTCS was sold. Mostly looking for license plate frame. Many of you have helped me. They were on 101 Arroya Parkway in Pasadena. I have been able to find nothing about them. I just stumbled across this postcard, and now believe Pasadena Motors (which is what it says on my Marti Report) was also Bill Kellas Ford. The address is identical, and the time frame is similar. Did anyone know of this dealership (my west coast friends)? Joe and Donna once checked the address out, and nothing is there anymore.

If you see anything (especially license plate frames) from Bill Kellas Ford, please grab it for me. Thanks! Casey

Doug, Nate or others,

I just got the actual post card from the seller in the mail today. It is indeed at 101 S. Arroya Pkwy. I can tell from the postcard that there is an ice skating rink next to it (that is the domed building behind the dealership in the picture). Does the ice rink jog any memories? I know these are all long shots at finding nostaliga on a dealer long gone, but.......

I bought a truck from Robert Loud Ford in Pasadena. My friend's father in law was Robert Loud. Dealer is no longer there.

Yep, right on Colorado Blvd. I was invited to view the Rose Parade from the roof of the showroom. We were all going to spend the night in the showroom in sleeping bags....but SOMEBODY said no....I thought it would have been a blast. Anyway, didn't mean to hijack the thread.

Bill Kellas Ford was in Sierra Madre on Sierra Madre Blvd when I moved to SM in 1962. I don't know if he had been linked to the Pasadena dealer or not. Just took my cars for service. The shop closed and was taken over by the RC Modeller Magazine. This was long before SM became a yuppie haven.
