Time for those fall months again!!! I have started some projects already. If you want a tutorial of all the mistakes one can make installing a Modern Driveline hydraulic clutch system I am you man. After lots of fun I finally got it working! Works very good now and all the under dash stuff was.... well best it was tiring for the old bones even with the seat out!
I got the pleasure of a little fine tuning on Tim's GT/CS that he sold to Sandra and Crofton who live in Everett Washington. It absolutely purrs like a kitten and is well kept in its garage, but does see some rainy streets from time to time. Tim they are absolutely taking great care of her and Crofton is one respectful and careful young man. Kinda reminds me of a nice young man named T.J.
They are planning a power disc upgrade that may find it in my shop again. Done a few of these and it is a nice option. Drove the car with the old manual drums.... They do require a bit of pedal effort, but stop in a perfect straight line and easily can lock the tires.
Next up is my brothers T-Bird Supercoupe with numerous power add ons. Full clutch job with a new fly wheel. It has headers, upsized mass air and fuel injectors and fuel pump. Upsized blower and ported intake. Freakin thing is a gentleman's rocket ship!! Amazing power!!
Hopefully Croton's car in November and then I have a 68 Fastback for a full engine rebuild. Clutch replacement and small parts kit in the 4 speed. I will send mo pics.
What are your projects this winter?
