Have you tried calling the number at the top of the sticker? Maybe they will know.

EELH = Eagle Eye Literature Hunter
...it's when you find something that says "Cobra", or "Shelby" on it, like an ad in the yellow pages with a GT-350, or a toy with "Cobra" on it, etc...that they print in an issue of the "Shelby American"--then they send you one of these nifty stickers.
I have several of these stickers...and I recently sent one to "someone", gee...leemee think...oh, I forgot who <????>
