1968 Road Warrior to New Home

Shane, It's I who should be thanking you, and I hope you enjoy the car. It is so nice buying and selling cars with the great folks on this site instead of dealing with the real world!!!

1968 Road Warrior to New Home

Neither. I'm using the original Ford setup so it would be easier to change the car back to stock. I had the numbers-matching toploader rebuilt by Steve's Mustang Parts, and it can be put back in with little effort.

Yep, and RWII is already in the garage. Picked it up today after getting a T-5 installed for those road trips.

    1968 Lucas Light Markings

Yes, that looks like an original lens, except possibly for the "A". Some folks claim the "A" marks it as a replacement lens but I don't know enough about Lucas lenses to offer an opinion on that. Does the chrome fog light housing have a small black O-ring or a large grey cone-shaped grommet...

    1968 Out of the woodwork...

One of the little quirks about '68 GT/CSs is that they came with modified '67 grilles so if it's in good condition there is no reason to replace it. You may just need to remove the vertical supports if it still has them.

For Sale 1968 GT/CS on ebay

Good catch. I didn't notice the missing script and that leads to a few other issues. Hmmmmmm, this car may not be as nice as I first thought. My guess is that it has been hit fairly hard on the driver's side. Along with the missing script check out the adjustment setting of the camber bolt...
