Go to an auto parts store and purchase the thinnest and widest double-stick tape you can find. Cover the bottoms of the washers with the tape, trim around the edges, cut out for the holes, and stick them on. Make sure there is no wax on the paint.
Wow, check out all the options for LED lights. They now emit light in all directions so they take advantage of the huge reflectors on our cars.

Since they have the gray cone-shaped grommets I'd say they are not 100% correct.
New ones just like those are available for around $300.

Wow, compared to Neil's mine is really low at 24.75 front and 25.5 rear. On the rear the GT springs I used raised the car so high I then added 1" lowering blocks.
For some reason that's how it came from the factory. The front was 1.3" higher than the rear, but you can level it out and still be within tolerances.

The calculator site says that mildly built engines run from .85 -.90 and that seems pretty close because a on dyno run my engine's efficiency varied from a high of .87 at...
Here is a chart I created based on a CFM calculator on the web. http://www.gtsparkplugs.com/CarbCalc.html
It seems to show that very few of us need a 600cfm carb and an Autolite 4100 at 480cfm is a great fit.

One important mistake painters make on our cars is they paint the end caps vertically instead of horizontally so they sometimes look like they are a different color.
If the painter is going to paint the end caps off the car please ask him to spray them in the same direction he sprays the rest...
Mr. Clean Disinfecting Bath Cleaner with Febreeze is the best product I've found for removing grease from cars, and skin, although the label probably warns against using it as a hand cleaner because it does sting a bit when applied to broken skin.
Before you pull the heads remove both large radiator hoses, remove the thermostat, secure a garden hose into the thermostat housing, and turn on the hose. Does the water seem be flowing as it should out the bottom hose?
